Lynda JH Nam, Esq.
Lynda is an associate attorney at Simmons Freeman/NV Trust Lawyers. She focuses her practice on the areas of wills, revocable trusts, powers of attorney, estate administration and probate.
Lynda received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles. Thereafter, Lynda graduated cum laude and earned her Juris Doctorate from William S. Boyd School of Law in 2020. Outside the classroom, Lynda externed for the Honorable Jerry A. Wiese II in the Eighth Judicial District Court and Clark County District Attorney's Office in Nevada.
While in law school, Lynda especially enjoyed courses such as property law, family law, community property law, tax law, and wills and trusts, and became naturally interested in Estates Planning.
Prior to joining Simmons Freeman, Lynda worked as a personal injury attorney at one of the largest personal injury firms in Nevada, where she assisted hundreds of clients in reaching fair settlements and judgments. Lynda found it particularly fulfilling when she was able to build a connection with her client by listening to the client’s unique backgrounds and histories to better understand the difficulties each client is going through.
Lynda was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2021 and to the California Bar in 2022.
Lynda is a Korean native and speaks fluent Korean. In her free time, Lynda watches too many crime documentaries.
